Immigration Psychological Evaluations

For Asylum, VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, and Extreme Hardship Cases

Immigration psychological evaluations provide professional mental health documentation used to support immigration and legal cases. These evaluations assess the psychological impact of trauma, abuse, persecution, or family separation and are used as supporting evidence in immigration proceedings.

Evaluations are conducted by a licensed therapist and are written specifically for legal and documentation purposes, not treatment.

Services are available for individuals located in California and Florida, with evaluations conducted remotely via secure video platform.

What Is an Immigration Psychological Evaluation?

An immigration psychological evaluation is a formal clinical assessment used to support immigration-related legal cases. It documents emotional, psychological, and trauma-related experiences that are relevant to a specific legal claim.

These evaluations are commonly requested by immigration attorneys and are used in cases involving humanitarian relief, visas, asylum, and hardship waivers.

The evaluation results in a written psychological report that may be submitted to immigration attorneys, immigration courts, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
